The item I received does not work

If you received a defective item upon arrival, we apologize for the inconvenience and want to ensure you are satisfied with your products! Please proceed to file a return for your defective item on our returns page.


Please make sure that when you file a return, you select the item defective return reason. 

Once we approve your return, you will receive a notification email and you may proceed with sending your defective item back to us. Once we receive it, we will process your return to your specifications.
