What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with any of the items in your purchase, you can return them within 14 days from when you received them. Products must be unused and in brand new condition.

We've made this process a breeze! Simply, click on Returns Manager and enter your email address and order number. On the next page, you can choose the item(s) you want to return and let us know what the issue was.

We'll review your request and send you an email within 1-2 business days letting you know if it was approved or denied, along with specific instructions on how to proceed with your return/exchange.
